| NIKASIL CYLINDER PLATING KUSTOM KRAFT PERFORMANCE 2 STROKE - 4 STROKE - DIRT BIKE ATV - MOTORCYCLE - BIG BORE MOTORCYCLE-ATV-WATERCRAFT-STREET-SNOWMOBILE-OUTBOARD Nikasil cylinder re-plating is required when a Nikasil cylinder has been damaged and no longer has a smooth and accurate cylinder bore.This could be due to normal wear or a mechanical failure. Nikasil is very hard and resistant to wear but wear will occur. We can repair any Nikasil cylinder or Chrome plated cylinder. Even extremlely damaged ones. The Nikasil will be repaired by stripping all the old plating and inspecting the casting for flaws that require welding or possibily skim boring. It is then plated and diamond honed to original size and fitted to a new piston. Our years of experience with cylinder rebuilding assures you that you'll have the finest repair, equal to or better than NEW.
